Overview
The Mara Intrepids Club is located in the center of the Maasai Mara National Reserve, on the banks of the Talek River near one of the major annual wildlife migration crossings. It lies at an altitude of 5,300 ft above sea level 298 Km from Nairobi.

There are 20 spacious airy tents, all raised on wooden platforms, nestled between acacia trees and doum palms. The tents each have en suite bathrooms and all face the river; you can watch animals from your private verandah.

DESCRIPTION: Mara Intrepids Club is where the real safari begins. This luxurious tented camp has its own landing strip and as you fly in to the 'Out of Africa' plains the view is breathtaking. Mara Intrepids Club is set on the banks of the Talek River within the famous wildebeest migration corridor, right in the heart of the worlds greatest wildlife sanctuary in Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve.

Although a delicious breakfast and barbecue are cooked in front of you, behind the scenes the chefs are working hard preparing the mouth-watering dishes for which Larsens in renowned.

ROOM DECOR: Large poster beds and reproduction furniture with modern en-suite bathrooms with hot showers. The secluded raised platforms enjoy views over the river.

ROOM AMENITIES: Tents are either twin or double bedded and are arranged in groups of two, three or four units to make individual mini-camps. All tents are self-contained with own bathrooms with shower flush, wash hand basin, hot and cold water and electricity.

FOOD & BEVERAGE FACILITIES: Breakfasts and lunches are served on champagne terrace overlooking the Talek River
